This course will provide students with an overview of manufacturing processes used in a variety of industries from electronics to pharmaceuticals. This may include wet chemical, food, refinery, semiconductor, biomedical device, polymers and pharmaceutical processing methods used in manufacturing. This may also include computer controlled machining, rapid prototyping and applications of computer aided design.
