This course will give the student a basic understanding of electronics as they are used in the laboratory and clean room. Emphasis will be on basic principles of electronics and how those may be applied to understanding the operation and troubleshooting of electronic instruments in the laboratory. This course will also introduce basic fabrication of electronic devices.
